After completing one of the toughest audits in 2021, we achieved a status of being a COR Certified company that ensures we meet or exceed the highest level of Health and Safety Standard that is across our entire country.

What is COR?

“The Certificate of Recognition (COR™) is nationally trademarked and endorsed by participating members of the Canadian Federation of Construction Safety Associations (CFCSA) of which the Infrastructure Health and Safety Association (IHSA) is a member. It provides employers with an effective tool to assess their health and safety management system.

COR™ is aimed at driving positive workplace behaviour and practices that lead to improved performance. It is currently being used across Canada and is a pre-qualification requirement for many contractors working in and out of the province and on public- and private-sector projects.”

Hank Deenen Landscaping Ltd. volunteers to install vegetable gardens for the Boys and Girls Club

On Friday, June 3, 2022, Hank Deenen Landscaping Limited had the pleasure of working along side Green Cities Foundation.  They hosted an event that would help bring the boys and girls from The Boys and Girls Club West Scarborough together and encourage them to build their own community garden.

Large cedar planters were donated by Scotts Canada and installed by the HDLL Team.

The local kids got a chance to test out their green thumbs and the event was a huge success.  We look forward to seeing these plants grow!

Hendricus Martinus Deenen, founder of Hank Deenen Landscaping Limited, passed away peacefully at the age of 91. Hank was a strong believer in Landscape Ontario.
